    Dear Customer,

    Ntirety will be performing emergency network maintenance tonight from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM ET to restore full network redundancy in our Louisville data center.

    This work involves bringing a new aggregate switch into production to achieve complete redundancy in alignment with Ntirety and our network vendor’s best practices. No downtime is expected during this maintenance window.

Network latency in LOU datacenter

    Our Network Operations team has isolated the suspected failing hardware from the network, resolving the latency and connectivity issues that were observed. The hardware will be reviewed further with our vendor.

    We are currently investigating a network issue in the LOU datacenter that is causing latency or loss of network connectivity for some customers. This issue has been escalated to our senior system administrators and network operations engineers who are actively investigating and troubleshooting the error.

    As part of our corrective response to the traffic issue observed on September 21, 2025, we will be replacing a secondary distribution router at our Denver location during the scheduled maintenance window. The new router will be brought online as part of this work.

    No service disruptions are expected, aside from typical convergence behavior as the network stabilizes and load balancing takes place.

    Ntirety is performing upgrades against our backoffice systems. 

     

    Expected Impact:
    During the maintenance window, the Customer Portal may experience intermittent functionality for:

    • Ordering Virtual Machine changes (create/resize requests)

    • Patching viewability (status, schedules, and results)

    All other portal features are expected to remain available.

     

    Customer Action / Workarounds:
    If you need to submit a Virtual Machine change or obtain patch status during the window, please contact 24×7 Support via your usual channel (Self-Service, Chat or Phone), and we’ll process your needs.
