    11:11 Systems engineers are aware of an issue affecting the managed database monitoring system. We have been working on an internal project to migrate customers to a new monitoring platform, but due to the issue, we are accelerating that migration. Additional updates will be provided as information becomes available.

    Until the migration is complete, you will not receive monitoring alerts. Once your monitoring has been migrated, alerts will be generated in the 11:11 Account Management Application.

    All affected customers will be receiving ticket communication.
