    During this maintenance window, 11:11 Systems engineers will be performing updates to our disaster recovery platform. These updates are required to ensure continued reliability and stability, in alignment with recommendations from our software vendors.

    During this time, replication for certain instances may be temporarily paused, which may result in an decreased recovery point objectives (RPO). Upon completion of the maintenance, the platform will be fully available for recovery operations and normal use.

    During this maintenance window, we will be replacing a failed component in one of the Newark storage arrays that supports our cloud environment. While this is a routine procedure, it is not entirely without risk. Ntirety storage engineers, along with our storage vendor, will be onsite to ensure the work is completed smoothly and without impact.

    During this maintenance window, 11:11 Systems will return border1.den03 and core2.den02 to standard production operation. These devices were impacted during the network incident on April 6, 2026. Since that time, 11:11 Systems has worked with our network hardware vendor to resolve the underlying issue that caused the incident.

    At 2:54 AM ET, we experienced a storage event in the Ntirety Cloud environment in Denver. During the event, the storage controllers failed over as designed; however, this may have caused some servers to enter a read-only state.

    Our team is currently investigating the issue and determining the root cause. We will continue to provide updates to impacted customers as more information becomes available.
