During this time, 11:11 Systems engineers and storage vendor will be working to remediate the underlying cloud storage infrastructure in Denver that experienced degradation earlier this morning and to restore full high availability.
This maintenance activity is considered high risk. However, all storage systems will be thoroughly validated before being returned to production.

At 2:54 AM ET, we experienced a storage event in the Ntirety Cloud environment in Denver. During the event, the storage controllers failed over as designed; however, this may have caused some servers to enter a read-only state.
Our team is currently investigating the issue and determining the root cause. We will continue to provide updates to impacted customers as more information becomes available.

During this time, we will be updating the SSL certificate for the GlobalProtect VPN service. If you use this service, you may encounter a certificate error while attempting to log in. This maintenance is expected to last no longer than five minutes for each individual customer. If you experience any issues, please have users try logging in again.

We will be performing scheduled UPS maintenance at our Newark, Delaware data center during the following windows:
February 2, 11:00 PM – February 3, 6:00 AM ET
February 3, 11:00 PM – February 4, 6:00 AM ET
During this time, our UPS service vendor will replace end-of-life components. As a precaution, the facility may temporarily run on standby generators to ensure continuous protection of critical systems.
No downtime or service impact is expected.
