    During this time, we will be updating the SSL certificate for the GlobalProtect VPN service. If you use this service, you may encounter a certificate error while attempting to log in. This maintenance is expected to last no longer than five minutes for each individual customer. If you experience any issues, please have users try logging in again.

    While no disruption is anticipated, you may contact 11:11 Support at 1.866.918.4678 or via the https://portal.ntirety.net portal if assistance is needed.

    Dear Valued Customer,

    We will be performing scheduled UPS maintenance at our Newark, Delaware data center during the following windows:

    • February 2, 11:00 PM – February 3, 6:00 AM ET

    • February 3, 11:00 PM – February 4, 6:00 AM ET

    During this time, our UPS service vendor will replace end-of-life components. As a precaution, the facility may temporarily run on standby generators to ensure continuous protection of critical systems.

    No downtime or service impact is expected.
    This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain reliable, high-quality power for the data center.
