Emergency Denver Storage Maintenance

    Ntirety has completed the scheduled maintenance on the storage controller; however, the maintenance did not achieve the expected results and the storage unit will remain in a single-threaded state while Ntirety reviews the next steps and plans a follow-up maintenance. The storage unit's functionality is primarily for backups and no virtual machines are hosted on this device.

    Ntirety will be performing an emergency maintenance to replace a power supply on an offline storage node. This node is part of a storage array that supports file shares and data protection. No service interruption is expected.

    Beginning at 7:00am EDT on May 28, 2025, Ntirety will conduct maintenance to improve the stability and capability of our monitoring infrastructure.  As a result of this maintenance, for a window of approximately 1-2 hours no automated alerts will be generated from the monitoring system. 

    Ntirety urges all customers experiencing technical difficulties within that time frame to contact our support team immediately via telephone or live chat so that your issue can be investigated and addressed in a timely manner.  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

    Impact: DNS record management, domain name orders, and SSL certificate orders will not function in the customer portal during the maintenance. Ntirety anticipates roughly a 60 minute impact where customer will be unable to make modifications or purchase the mentioned services.

    A generator test will be performed tonight (4/16/2025) between 9:30pm and 11:00pm ET in the building that houses the Vancouver datacenter.  While no customer impact is expected from this test, Ntirety support will be closely monitoring the status of all customer devices in the Vancouver datacenter during this generator test.

    Ntirety system engineers will be performing an upgrade to our storage cluster within our Denver datacenter. Customers may notice increased latency and interruption of any active Common Internet File System (CIFS) and Server Message Block (SMB) sessions during the maintenance period.
